Job description
- Job purpose
Convert Marsa’s investment and commercial pipeline into bankable, documented opportunities and executed customer and investor agreements, while improving customer account management, sales and collection, and revenue assurance.
Pipeline and investment opportunities
•Maintain the investment opportunity pipeline, investor CRM, stage gates, next actions and close-out trackers.
•Prepare opportunity briefs, market and commercial assessments, revenue models and indicative term sheets.
•Coordinate due diligence, site visits, data rooms, stakeholder responses and investment proposals.
Contracts and customer onboarding
•Work with legal, finance, technical and operations teams to negotiate and close leases, concessions, service and customer contracts.
•Track commercial commitments, contract milestones, customer onboarding and handover to operations.
Revenue assurance and reporting
•Review tariffs, pricing, customer contracts, receivables follow-up and revenue leakage issues.
•Prepare monthly dashboards on pipeline conversion, signed contracts, revenue and customer issues.
