Job description
Job purpose
Ensure reliable, secure IT operations and enable practical digitalization of port services, billing and management information.
IT operations and support
•Provide IT support for port and Muscat users, endpoints, connectivity, printers and applications.
•Maintain the inventory of IT assets and vendor contracts; coordinate external service providers.
Security, access and continuity
•Administer accounts, access, licensing, cyber hygiene, backups and incident logs.
•Maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans; report IT service KPIs.
Systems and digitalization
•Support introduction of terminal operating, vessel tracking, invoicing, ERP and document systems.
•Gather user requirements, test solutions, train staff and document standard procedures.
