Planning and Development Specialist

Facilitate the development and review of corporate, business, and functional strategies within the Company.
Collaborate with various business segments to coordinate the creation and review of comprehensive annual operational plans.
Regularly monitor and evaluate the Company's achievements against key performance indicators (KPIs), balance scorecard, and other performance measurement tools.
Actively seek innovative ways to enhance business growth, optimize operational processes, and reinforce the Company's competitive position in the market.
Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, assess the competitive landscape, and evaluate potential risks and challenges, ensuring alignment with the Company's overarching objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and recommend new business opportunities and collaborations based on thorough market analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and maximize efficiency.
Engage in ad-hoc tasks and projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in supporting the overall business objectives.
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
Carry out any other activities as and when required by the reporting manager.

Qualifications:

Education Level – Minimum – Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or equivalent.
