Process Engineer

Analyze existing dates production processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Design and implement process modifications, upgrades, and enhancements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Conduct process simulations, modeling, and data analysis to optimize resource utilization and overall production efficiency.
Evaluate, select, and recommend equipment, machinery, and technologies that enhance production capabilities and efficiency.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source, install, and commission new equipment and systems.
Develop maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure the proper functioning and longevity of production equipment.
Develop and implement quality control strategies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality date products.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify deviations from quality standards and initiate corrective actions.
Collaborate with the Quality Control team to conduct root cause analyses and implement preventive measures.
Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
Generate regular reports, performance metrics, and dashboards to communicate process efficiency and effectiveness to management.
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
Carry out any other activities as and when required by the reporting manager.

Qualifications:

Education Level – Minimum - bachelor’s degree in Process Engineering or equivalent .

Experience:

Competencies:

Strong understanding of process engineering principles, process optimization, and process control.
Proficiency in process simulation software and tools.
Familiarity with quality management systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Project management skills.
Attention to detail.
