Job description

  • Operate forklifts, power pallet, VNA, and other lifting equipment safely and efficiently, following established safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Conduct pre-operational inspections of equipment, identifying any maintenance or safety issues and reporting them promptly.
  • Load and unload materials, products, and equipment from trucks, containers, and storage areas using appropriate lifting equipment.
  • Move materials to designated storage areas, production lines, or other specified locations within the facility.
  • Ensure safe handling and proper stacking of materials to prevent damage or accidents.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of storage and operational areas.
  • Carry out any other activities as and when required by the reporting manager.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification in forklift, VNA or crane operation is required.
  • Proven experience operating lifting equipment in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Experience

  • Minimum 0 - 3 years of experience required.

Competencies

  • Knowledge of safety procedures and occupational health standards.
  • Ability to perform basic equipment maintenance checks.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Physical stamina and ability to handle heavy materials safely.

 

المهام والمسؤوليات:

  • تشغيل الرافعات الشوكية، ورافعات البالت الكهربائية (Power Pallet)، ومعدات الرفع في الممرات الضيقة (VNA)، وغيرها من معدات المناولة بشكل آمن وفعّال، مع الالتزام بإجراءات وتعليمات السلامة المعتمدة.
  • إجراء الفحوصات التشغيلية قبل استخدام المعدات، وتحديد أي أعطال أو ملاحظات تتعلق بالصيانة أو السلامة والإبلاغ عنها بشكل فوري.
  • تحميل وتفريغ المواد والمنتجات والمعدات من الشاحنات والحاويات ومناطق التخزين باستخدام معدات الرفع المناسبة.
  • نقل المواد إلى مواقع التخزين المحددة، أو خطوط الإنتاج، أو أي مواقع أخرى داخل المنشأة حسب التوجيهات.
  • ضمان التعامل الآمن مع المواد وتكديسها بشكل صحيح لتفادي التلف أو الحوادث.
  • الحفاظ على نظافة وتنظيم مناطق التخزين ومواقع العمل بشكل مستمر.
  • تنفيذ أي مهام أو أنشطة أخرى يتم تكليفها من قبل المدير المباشر عند الحاجة.

المؤهلات:

  • شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها، مع وجود شهادة معتمدة في تشغيل الرافعات الشوكية أو معدات VNA أو الرافعات (Crane) حسب المتطلبات.
  • خبرة عملية مثبتة في تشغيل معدات الرفع داخل بيئة صناعية أو تصنيع.

الخبرة:

  • من 0 إلى 3 سنوات من الخبرة.

الكفاءات:

  • معرفة جيدة بإجراءات السلامة والصحة المهنية.
  • القدرة على إجراء الفحوصات الأساسية للمعدات قبل التشغيل.
  • دقة عالية في العمل ومهارات تنظيم جيدة.
  • قدرة بدنية على التعامل مع المواد الثقيلة بطريقة آمنة.
