Job description

Role Objective

As part of Production and Logistics department, being responsible to liaise with logistics, coordinate

and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods. use space and mechanical handling

equipment efficiently, making sure quality, targets are met.

Areas of responsibilities

  1. Ensure compliance to all current policies and procedures of

Warehouse.

  1. Co-ordinate and organize the available trucks/Vehicles

according to loading priority and execute daily delivery plan

along with Logistic and Packing/Loading team.

  1. Ensure all products are packed/stored according to company

standards, specifications and passed from QC.

  1. Oversee daily operations while controlling and managing inventory

and logistics.

  1. Monitor inventory of all the warehouse consumable items, raise

purchase request with coordination of Production Manager as per

safety stock.

  1. Ensure all the return stocks are reported to sales, verified as per

GRV and return stock procedure followed.

  1. Ensure all the receiving materials sales invoices received,

updated in SAP and acknowledgment copy handed over to

purchase department.

  1. Maintain the GMP at workplace and carry out daily, weekly

and monthly HACCP cleaning of packing/loading machines as

per assigned frequency and utilize manpower on efficient

manors.

  1. Implement, Monitor and Ensure compliance to integrated

management systems (ISO 22000).

Education and Experience

Minimum Diploma degree or equivalent in logistic/warehouse management.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics and supply chain management division.

Special Skills and Knowledge:

  1. Attention to detail.
  2. Capability to perform under pressure
  3. Manpower handling skills.
  4. Good communication skills.
  5. Understanding of Inventory and dispatch.
  6. Inventory/Stores Management, Contractor Management and Performance Measurement.
